Yogurt Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O brand gelatin (raspberry, cherry or strawberry flavor)
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water into blender container.
    Add gelatin and blend at low speed until dissolved about 1 minute.
    Combine and add water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
    Add to gelatin and stir until ice is melted, then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
    Chill in dessert glasses or bowl until set, about 1 hour.
    Makes 5 servings (35 calories per serving).
