Bran-Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. Post Bran flakes
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. Parkay less fat margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped apples, peeled
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
    Mix cereal and milk in another bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Blend in cereal mixture and egg.
    Add to flour mixture, stir just until moistened.
    Stir in apples.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
