Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort, grated
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 small onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until blended, using salt and pepper to taste.
    May be made ahead.
    Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
