Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. (2 racks) spareribs, cut into serving pieces
    salt
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. unsulphured molasses
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Bake spareribs, meat side up, sprinkle with salt and topped with lemon slices at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Drain fat.
    Refrigerate. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Grill ribs 6 to 8-inches from heat.
    Turn and brush with sauce after 15 minutes. Cook 15 minutes longer, basting frequently. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
