White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. white Karo
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. clear vanilla
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in iron skillet. Beat for 2 minutes on low speed. Then on beat and whip for 5 more minutes. Take off and place vanilla in icing. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes. Spreads beautifully. If you want, you may spread coconut on top and sides of layers.
