Norman Clark'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cranberries
3 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. grapes, halved and seeded
1 c. diced pineapple
Preparation

Cook cranberries in boiling water until skins split.
Run water and cranberries through a sieve to separate skins, discard skins. Add sugar to cranberries, stir until dissolved.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water, add to cranberry mixture.
Refrigerate until soft set, add nuts, pineapple and grapes.
Pour into mold or serving bowl.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped topping (optional).
