Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    coarse bread crumbs (enough to soak up milk)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly; will be quite moist.
    Make into small meatballs and brown in deep fat.
    Drain all but 2 tablespoons of fat and add 1 can of beef bouillon (2 cubes).
    Add meat.
    Baste and simmer on the stove for 20 minutes or bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
