Mama'S Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. plain flour
    1 egg
    cold water
    chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine flours and egg.
    Add enough cold water to make a stiff dough.
    Drop into boiling chicken broth.
    You may drop them from a teaspoon or roll them out using a little self-rising flour. Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
