Beef Tater Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
    1 can undiluted golden mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make an even layer of uncooked ground beef in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with onion slices.
    Add 1 layer of frozen Tater Tots, completely covering beef and onions.
    Add soup, pouring it evenly over mixture.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 6.
