No Fail! Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (less if using salted butter)
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. butter
1/3 c. plus milk
flour
1 egg plus 1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Whip 1 cup softened butter.
Gradually add 1/3 plus cup milk. Mix flour with salt and sugar.
Add flour mix.
Do not overmix. Consistency should be coherent, but not too sticky dough.
(Can finish mixing with hands.)
Let rest 1 hour minimum in ball.
Roll out with minimum of flour on floured surface.
Brush with egg mixture.
Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top if wanted.
