Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/4 C. flour
    1/2 C. nuts, chopped
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 C. confectioners' sugar
    1 - 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed, divided
    2 - 3 oz. boxes instant chocolate pudding
    3 C. milk
Preparation
    Mix together the margarine, flour and nuts. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
