Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. green and red pepper, cut in thin pieces
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger and garlic powder; set aside.
    In wok or large skillet, stir-fry chicken in hot oil for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add peppers and cook 3 minutes.
    Add pineapple and juice, then stir in cornstarch mixture.
    Cook over low heat and stir until slightly thickened. Serve over rice.
