Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 c. celery
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    3 buttons garlic
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 c. broth
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick butter and saute vegetables until transparent. Add the remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
    Add cut up chicken.
    Cook slowly for 3 to 4 hours, covered.
    Cook 2 (7 ounce) packages spaghetti.
    Add to mixture.
    If too dry, add more broth. May add small can mushrooms and/or ripe olives and 1/2 pound grated cheese.
