Plate Of Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. linguini, chunky pasta or spaghetti
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add broccoli and can of chicken broth.
Then add parsley, oregano, basil, salt and peppers.
Bring to simmer for 10 minutes or until broccoli is done. Pour over cooked pasta, toss and serve.
