Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. shredded lemon peel
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine zucchini, sugar, cooking oil and lemon peel.
Mix well. Add flour mixture. Stir just until combined. Stir in nut meats.
Pour batter into loaf pan, 8 x 4 x 2-inch. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan.
Let cool and wrap.
Let stand overnight before slicing.
