Granny'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
lemon juice
food coloring

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to sugar and egg mixture.
Roll out and cut out various shapes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
When cool, frost with powdered sugar and lemon glaze that has been tinted an appropriate color.
