Eclair Dessert Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole graham crackers
butter
2 pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (French vanilla)
9 oz. Cool Whip, thawed slightly
Preparation

Line 9 x 13-inch buttered pan with whole graham crackers.
Make pudding according to package directions, then mix with Cool Whip. Pour half the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Place another layer of crackers over the pudding and top with remaining pudding.
Cover layer with graham crackers.
Top with chocolate icing and refrigerate for 2 days.
