Stuffed Baked Potato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
grated Cheddar cheese to sprinkle over 12 halves
Preparation

Bake 6 large potatoes 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
Cut lengthwise into halves.
Scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact.
Mash all the potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients with the exception of the cheddar cheese and dash of paprika, till fluffy.
Can add a small amount of milk if needed, but do not get this mixture too loose.
