Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices cinnamon bread
    3/4 c. raisins
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Butter both sides of bread.
    Lay half of bread on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with raisins.
    Top with remaining bread slices.
    Mix eggs with milk; add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour over bread slices.
    Poke holes in bread with fork so bread will soak up egg mix.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
