Creamy Pepper Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. finely chopped Vlasic hot pepper rings
1 Tbsp. liquid from Vlasic hot pepper rings
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. apple jello or sweet orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
whole Vlasic hot pepper rings for garnish
Preparation

In medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Do not double recipe.
