Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. cooking oil (Crisco)

Preparation

Mix together well; store in container in refrigerator.
Very good for preparing cake pans.
