Frozen Fruit Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bananas, mashed
juice of 3 lemons
juice of 3 oranges
3 pt. water
3 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple and juice
7-Up
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in water; let cool.
Add juice and fruit.
Pour into trays; let freeze.
Thaw 20 minutes before serving.
Scoop into glass and pour 7-Up over top.
