Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut up sweet potatoes and place in a lightly greased shallow baking dish. In a small pan, melt butter. Stir in cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Cook and stir for a minute or 2; pour evenly over potatoes. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
