Foiled Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots
2 small white onions
2 shallots or green onions
2 celery stalks
butter or margarine
salt and pepper
6 trout
cooking oil
Preparation

Chop the vegetables fine and saute them in 1/4 cup butter until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Split and clean the trout; stuff each with the vegetables.
Dot with butter and place 3 inches from the broiler.
Broil 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Place fish in foil.
Crimp edges of foil to seal.
Oil the foil. Place on buttered cookie sheets and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
