Potato Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. black olives, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash; add remaining ingredients.
    Put in ring mold; sprinkle with caraway seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown or make potato pancakes and fry in skillet.
    Serves 8.
