Baked Stuffed Red Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. soft stale bread crumbs (day old at least)
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped pickles
    1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt shortening in frying pan.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Stir until crumbs are golden brown, then add seasonings and salt.
