Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt
1/3 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
pepper
12 small beets (canned)
Preparation

Combine vinegar, butter, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon water in saucepan.
Bring to boiling point.
Stir in sour cream and beets. Cook over low heat until beets are heated through.
