Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 can salmon, boned
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 sm. onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg lightly, add water, then salmon, bread crumbs, onion, salt, melted butter.
    Mix well.
    Mold into a loaf.
    Bake in a greased pan at 325\u00b0.
    Serve plain or with tomato sauce.
