Coffee Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored jello
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. hot coffee, sweetened to taste
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    whipped cream or topping
Preparation
    Dissolve envelope of unflavored jello in cold water.
    Add sweetened coffee and lemon juice. When cool, cover and refrigerate to harden.
    Serve with whipped cream or topping or vanilla ice cream.
    This sounds strange, but it's very good.
