Quick Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup warm water
    2 packages yeast
    2/3 cup warm milk
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons salt
    4 tablespoon shortening
    2 eggs
    4 to 4 1/2 cups flour
Preparation
    Soak yeast in warm water.
    Pour milk over sugar and salt. Add yeast stir in shortening, eggs and 2 cups flour.
    Cover.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Stir in rest of flour.
    Knead lightly.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll out on flour surface into a thin circle. Spread dough with softened butter, brown sugar, nuts, raisins and cinnamon.
    Roll up and slice about 1 inch thick.
    Let rise 20 minutes in pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
    15-18 minutes.
    Frost with icing made with butter, milk and powdered sugar.
