Chicken Franchese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    3 eggs (beaten)
    1 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Preparation
    Rinse chicken in cold water.
    Mix flour, pepper, salt, and garlic.
    Dip chicken in flour mixture; then in beaten eggs.
    Fry chicken in 1/4
    inch of oil until lightly brown on both sides.
    In a small sauce pan combine chicken broth, lemon juice and cornstarch and cook until slightly thick. Drizzle sauce over chicken breast and serve.
