Hamburger Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 can jalapeno relish
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in bacon grease.
    Cook hamburger and sausage slowly until done, not brown.
    Drain.
    Add onion and bell pepper to meat mixture.
    Add Ro-Tel and relish to mixture; let set about 10 minutes.
    Cut up cheese and let melt.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Keep hot.
