Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin/beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce (6 oz.)
2 minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can light kidney beans
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Drain fat (if any).
Add all of the ingredients, except kidney beans.
Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Add kidney beans.
