Orange Chicken With Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 split chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 large (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 (12 oz.) can water
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown in butter on both sides.
Add orange juice concentrate and water.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken to serving platter.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Keep warm.
