Easy Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 c. butter
    canned fruit
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix first 3 ingredients for batter and pour into pan.
    Pour desired canned fruit over batter.
    Sprinkle sugar over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until browned.
