Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium chopped onion
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook broccoli and rice together in amount of water directed on Minute rice package.
In another bowl mix all ingredients except the cheese.
When rice and broccoli are completely cooked, mix with other ingredients.
Put half the mixture in a casserole dish. Put a layer of cheese, then remaining rice mixture and top it off with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
