Salad Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked roast beef, pork, ham or poultry, cut in thin strips
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions (including tops, more onions may be added, if desired)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large tomatoes, cut into eighths
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, celery and onions.
    Blend remaining ingredients except tomatoes.
    Stir into rice mixture.
    Chill. Arrange on salad greens, if desired, and garnish with tomato wedges.
    Serves 6.
