Earl'S Meat Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium chicken or 2 young squirrels
about 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 can milk (Carnation)
water
Preparation

Coat or roll chicken or squirrel in flour.
Use 10-inch frying pan.
Melt shortening.
Place meat in pan.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Cook covered turning occasionally until tender and brown. Remove from pan.
