Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together. Beat sugar, oil and eggs in mixer bowl until frothy.
Add flour mixture; beat well.
Stir in pumpkin and 1 cup pecans.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool.
