Creamy Spam And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 c. frozen, cut broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 (12 oz.) can Spam, cubed
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. margarine

Preparation

Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
Cook macaroni. Combine macaroni, broccoli and Spam in sauce pan.
Combine milk, cornstarch and pepper.
Bring to a boil; cook until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted.
Mix sauce with macaroni, broccoli and Spam; spread in pan.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle on top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
