Mixed Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. beef broth
    3 c. boiling water
    1 small potato, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. mixed parsley
Preparation
    Combine broth, potato and carrots in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is crisp/tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
