Peaches 'N' Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small pkg. cook vanilla pudding
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. juice
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, egg, margarine and milk.
    Pour into a greased pie pan.
    Place peaches on top of batter.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice; beat for 2 minutes and spoon on top of peaches (not to edge).
    Mix and sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
