Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry, blueberry or strawberry pie filling
Preparation

Beat cheese until light and fluffy.
Add milk; blend thoroughly.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Top with pie filling just before eating.
