Sis' Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 or 9 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together well with a pastry cutter. Add ice water; mix thoroughly to make dough.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll on floured surface to desired size.
