Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese or Cheddar
1/2 to 1 c. cooked ham in cubes
Preparation

Place all ingredients, except ham and cheese, in blender. Blend well.
Pour into a 9-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle with ham and cheese over top.
Press gently below surface with back of spoon. The pie pan will be extremely full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let set ten minutes before cutting.
