French Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites (room temperature)
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add vinegar and continue beating.
Slowly pour in sugar while beating.
Add the chocolate chips (mini chips are better).
Drop by teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and serve.
