Quick Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    garlic salt and pepper to taste
    4 oz. curly noodles
    1 c. plain yogurt (I use light sour cream)
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet
    or heavy pot; pour off any fat. Add onion, tomato
    juice,
    mushrooms,
    water and seasonings.
    Cook until boiling;
    cover
    and\tsimmer\tuntil at least half the liquid has
    evaporated.
    Add noodles and simmer until almost dry.\tStir in sour cream and heat a short time over low heat;\tdo not boil.
