Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans of apricots OR 3 small cans
    1/2 box light brown sugar
    1 large box Ritz crackers (3 stack pack), crushed
    Butter or margarine (about 2 sticks)
Preparation
    In a 2 quart deep casserole dish that has been greased with butter, layer the above ingredients in the following order: apricots, brown sugar, crackers, and butter. Top layer should end with crackers and butter. When all the layering is done you should have 3 layers of apricots. Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
