Barbecued Beef On A Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast, cut in chunks
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. beef stock or bouillon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    10 rolls
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except rolls) in a Dutch oven.
    Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Shred by using fork.
