Sticky Finger Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 chicken drummettes
soy sauce
fresh grated ginger (1 large piece)
fresh ground garlic (6 cloves)
1 lb. brown sugar
Preparation

Simmer chicken wings in enough soy sauce to cover bottom of electric skillet until half done.
Mix ginger and garlic with soy sauce after removing drummettes to cookie sheet.
Add brown sugar to soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil.
Pour over drummettes on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Makes 60 wings.
